Founded in 2016 as Finergreen Africa by its current partners, Amara Infrastructure Partners has spent nearly a decade at the forefront of clean energy advisory in Africa, supporting both public and private clients to structure, finance and execute high-impact projects that drive economic growth, promote clean energy and deliver long-term value.
As the infrastructure needs of Africa evolved beyond energy alone, so did we. In becoming Amara, we have broadened our focus to encompass the full spectrum of sustainable infrastructure – from power and water to transport and beyond.

Our Management Team
Jean-Jacques NGONO
Jean-Jacques has developed an expertise in infrastructure projects in Africa. He brings to the team a very strong and diversified network of institutional partners, developers, contractors, public agencies, consulting companies, financial institutions, investors and lawyers in Africa.
Caroline Boone
Caroline is an expert in the financing of infrastructure and clean energy projects in Africa. Her deep knowledge extends across the continent, and spans financial structuring, fundraising and M&A transactions for sustainable infrastructure projects.
Her network of relationships with financial institutions (DFIs, banks, Investment Funds, donors) and energy actors is testament to her time with several private sector financial institutions and her extensive experience.
Florian Cammas
Florian is an expert in financial engineering, M&A transactions and fundraising for clean energy and sustainable infrastructure in Africa.
He brings to the team an extensive hands-on knowledge in modelling, structuring and raising capital for clean infrastructure projects as well as a deep understanding of infrastructure projects – thanks to his technical background and experience on numerous projects, supporting them through various stages across the continent.
